We can't believe our baby is 1 year old today! It feels like only yesterday I was in that hospital bed telling her to stay in...she wasn't big enough to come out this early! Addison is our little miracle and she's 1! She's had a rough year but at the same time a remarkable one. She's been through some tough things...being premature, living in the NICU, coming home on a monitor, surgery at 6 1/2 months, terrible diaper rash due to teeth. She's had remarkable moments...learning how to drink from a bottle, smiling, rolling over, eating solid foods, scooting, crawling, pulling up on everything, climbing the stairs, babbling: bababa, lalala, dadada, mamama, saying "mama" and meaning it! We are amazed by our little miracle daily and in awe of how brave she has been this first year of life! Doug and I earn an A+ for making it through this first year as parents :) ...Addison we love you so very much! Happy Birthday sweetie!
